Contact & Personal Information
When you submit our online forms to request more information, join our mailing list, and/or register for a future and/or scheduled evaluation session, we require personal information (like name, email address, and mailing address). We use this information to provide you with the information you requested or to register you for an evaluation session. When we ask questions that relate to hockey (such as where you typically play, the name of your team, and whether you are a player, coach, association or camp, etc.), we use this information to determine which information will best serve you.

If we do use mailing lists for the advertising or promotion of SportQuest services, we will always have a clear mechanism for you to remove yourself from future mailings.

Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
SportQuest Systems International does not knowingly collect the personal information of persons under the age of 18. Because we are an organization that serves youth sports, many players interested in our services are under the age of 18. We require that players under the age of 18 who wish to receive information from SportQuest Systems International refer the request to their parent or guardian. If SportQuest Systems learns of any personal information collected directly from persons under the age of 18, it will immediately be deleted.

Hosting & Data Security
The third party company with whom we have contracted to host sport-quest.com has security measures in place against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or destruction of personal information. These measures may include technological, physical and organizational methods of security.
